Free Express upgrade applies to all Australian orders
Express upgrade is automatically applied once check out is complete. Next day delivery applies to all express orders within the 'Australian Express Post Network'

  • Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched same business day.
  • Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days. 
  • Please contact Civona if your parcel has not been delivered within 4 business days of dispatch time.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered and you have not received the parcel, Civona will launch a missing parcel claim with AusPost to locate the parcel. If your parcel can not be located by end of claim Civona will reship your order in full. Normal turn around time for a claim is 10 business days.
  • Please note express delivery is a 'no signature' service meaning all parcels are automatically marked as 'Safe to leave without signature'. For any reason you deem it unsafe for parcel to be left on your property please make note 'No safe drop' on check-out. Civona can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged products left unattended.
  • Option to change to change delivery method (signature on delivery or safe drop) can be requested using the email tracking notification direct from AusPost.
  • It is at the responsibility to ensure address in full including town and post code are both correct. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address will be charged a reshipping fee.

International Shipping

International orders over $100 are shipped free registered post with tracking number provided.
Estimated delivery time is between 5 - 10 business days (times may vary).
Orders under $100 will be invoiced a $20 shipping fee.
Any additional taxes or duties will be at the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for the knowledge of any import laws in their requested destination.
Should you not accept your parcel and it is returned to us, shipping expenses will be deducted from refund or additional cost will be charged for re-ship.


Returns Policy

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or have received incorrect or faulty items, please notify us within 3 business days. A return will be organized for products to be assessed for replacement or refund. Return shipping cost will be refunded where receipt is provided for faulty or damaged items. Replacement will be shipped via express post same day.
  • Return policy of 14 days applies to all products. If reaction occurs please notify us as soon as possible. Products with 50% used or missing can not be accepted for return.
  • Incorrect items purchased can be returned at the expense of the buyer where the products is unused.
